New Camera

For Christmas, I got the best gift ever from "Santa." My Camera. I absolutely love to take pictures - I'm not very good, but I just love taking pictures. For years I've wanted a nice camera but we have never had the money for it. Well, we still don't have the money for it, but Santa was oh-so-generous. I've wanted to shout it out on the rooftops, but didn't want to make a big deal about it because if certain individuals found out then they would probably be upset that we weren't so generous with them. But I am sooooo happy! Any chance I get I whip out my camera. I've used it at work several times and look for any excuse to use it. Tim and Ster are getting a bit tired of me taking their pictures. But I just can't stop!

Anywho - last week I got out my camera to take pictures of my poopsies in the snow. Duke did not cooperate - I think it made him nervous to see the camera poking out between the blinds. (I had to keep the blinds closed or the dogs would flock to the door and the pictures just wouldn't be the same.) After about 50 pictures of the dogs, I decided to head out front. These pictures were taken about 10:30 p.m. with no flash - it was quite bright outside and didn't need it. Although these are definitely not professional quality - I thought they looked cool!
