Okay - so Duke really is my baby. I talk to him like he's a baby - and I'm sure my neighbors (who can probably hear me) think I'm a lunatic. Dukey Doo is such a sweetheart. He went from being an outdoor dog to spending a good chunk of his time inside. He was such an active dog - and he still can be active - but he has calmed down SOOOOO much since Tundra died. He is starting to mind so well - with his special treats he can't wait to do what we want! Anyway, Dukey Poo loves licorice. Yes - it is his favorite treat. I have some red vines (the small chucks with black and red) in a bag and when he hears that bag, he runs to me. He never obeys me that well!
