Can I chop off my nose now?

So Tuesday night I was feeling crappy crappy crappy.  Wednesday morning I woke up feeling much better - surprisingly much better.  But as the day wore on, my nose started to plug up and the pressure was horrible.  Nose spray was my friend last night.  Today, woke up feeling better but gradually started to feel terrible.  After work we went to get more nose spray.  My idiotic neighbor was at the store and told me to use saline spray - it was much better than the nose spray.  It worked good and was better for you.

WHAT A LIAR!  No good.  My nose is just as bad, if not worse.  Hello!  I need to be able to breathe through my nose.  So instead getting more nose spray, I got that stupid saline spray. 

It is going to be a long night.
